Amaury Vassili is a French singer and the youngest professional tenor in the world with a fantastic and enchanting voice. He was born on 8 June 1989 in Rouen, Normandy. His debut album “Vincero” sold over 200,000 copies in 2009 and became 2x platinum in France. On 27 January 2011 France Télévision’s broadcaster announced that Amaury Vassili will take part in the Eurovision 2011 international song contest with his song “Sognu”. The song is sung in Corsican (Italian dialect spoken on Corsica and North Sardinia). |
