Spanish musician Manuel Carrasco acquired fame in his home country in 2003, after he managed to become one of the finalists in the second season of a local TV show called "Operación Triunfo". That same year, Manuel released his debut album — "Quiéreme". The album was well received, and over 200,000 copies were sold in a very short amount of time. Over the next years, Manuel Carrasco’s popularity continued gaining momentum, and on the tenth anniversary of the start of his career yet another one of his albums — "Confieso que he sentido" — reached first place on the top albums chart in Spain. |
