Suki Waterhouse has admitted that her postpartum journey has been "humbling".

On Monday, the British singer and actress - who recently welcomed her first child with partner Robert Pattinson - opened up about about her postpartum experience.

"the fourth trimester has been... humbling," Suki, 32, wrote in a new Instagram post. "the postpartum period has been filled with exhilarating joy, so much laughter, tears, soo many hormones!"

The Daisy Jones & The Six star went on to share that she is "proud" of herself for what her body has accomplished.

"I'm proud of everything my body has achieved and proud of the kindness and grace I've given myself during this recovery period," she wrote.

The post included a series of snaps of Suki posing in a bra, high-waisted underwear and an oversized cardigan while holding a bottle of milk.

A number of stars took to the comments section to congratulate the first-time mum.

Paris Hilton wrote, "Congratulations love! So happy for you both!" while Halsey commented, "ROCKSTAR MOM!"

The OMG singer announced she and the Twilight star, 37, were expecting their first child during a performance at the Corona Capital Music Festival in Mexico City in November last year.

It was first reported that the couple had welcomed their bundle of joy at the end of March when they were spotted pushing a pram in Los Angeles. The news was confirmed on Friday when Suki took to Instagram to share a picture of herself holding the newborn.

Suki and Robert, who are notoriously private, have yet to reveal the gender or name of their baby.
