AIRBAG is an Argentine rock band formed by brothers Patricio, Gastón and Guido Sardelli, who grew up in Don Torcuato in Buenos Aires Province. As teenagers, they rehearsed at home and played songs by The Beatles, Chuck Berry and Creedence before Patricio began writing material of his own. Once they had enough original songs, the brothers recorded a demo that reached Warner Music and led to their first record deal. Their self-titled debut arrived in 2004 and went platinum in Argentina; over the years, the band developed a heavier sound with guitars playing an increasingly central role. |
