Billy’s Band was formed by Billy Novik in 1999. The band’s style is a combination of Anglo-Saxon folk, country, episodes from Tarantino’s movies and cover versions of Tom Waits songs. Billy’s Band’s first released recording was the band's "unofficial" album called Being Tom Waits, which featured the band’s first original compositions among other tracks. Their first “serious” debut album is Parizhskiye Sezony (“Paris Seasons”). |
