José Blanco Ruiz (1911-1981), also known as Pepe Blanco, was a Spanish singer. He recorded his first album in 1944. In 1946 he was joined by singer Carmen Morell; the two performed together for many years until they split up in 1961, after which Pepe moved to Madrid with his family. Pepe Blanco recorded over 150 songs, including 30 with Carmen, and acted in many films. |
