Eva Rivas is the stage name of a popular Armenian singer Valeriya Reshetnikova-Tsaturian. Eva was born in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, and has Russian, Armenian and Greek origins. She has taken part in numerous contests; in 2005 she became “The Golden Voice of Rostov-on-Don”, “Miss Pearl of the Don”, and was runner-up in the “Miss Caucasus” contest held in Moscow. In 2010 she won in the Armenian national final of Eurovision with the song “Apricot Stone”. |
