Américo (real name Domingo Jonhy Vega Urzúa) is a Chilean singer. He is the 8th son of the famous bolero singer Melvin "Corazón" Américo. Américo became famous when he led the Américo y la Nueva Alegría band. After that, he pursued his solo career. Although Américo worked in Europe, he is only widely popular in Chile. |
