Alex Sparrow (Alexey Vorobyov) is a Russian pop singer. Alexey has studied music ever since he was a little child and has won both Russian and international contests many times. In 2005 he became one of the winners of “Secret of Success”, a popular Russian musical TV show, which became the launch-pad for his real career. Now Alexey is featured in many TV projects and contests, and acts in serials. In 2008 and 2009 put himself forward for national selection for Eurovision but failed to win the final competition. He finally made it in 2011 and became the Russian representative at Eurovision in Düsseldorf. |
