Loucas Yiorkas and Stereo Mike is a musical duo that was formed especially for Eurovision 2011 in Düsseldorf to represent Greece. Loucas Yiorkas is a young Greek Cypriot singer who became famous after winning in the first season of the Greek TV talent show The X Factor. Stereo Mike (Mihalis Exarhos) is a well-known Greek singer and the first winner of the MTV EMA Award in the Best Greek Act category. The combination of Loucas’s modern laika and Mihalis’s hip-hop attracted lots of attention for the song they made together, Watch my Dance, and that brought them success in the national selections for Eurovision. |
