The band Silent Sanctuary was established in 2001 by a group of teenagers from the Philippines. Experimenting with genres and musical instruments, the group was able to develop its own style, in which the general rock sound emphasizes the violin and cello. In 2004 their first studio album "Ellipsis of the Mind" came to light. After two years the group Silent Sanctuary became part of OPM (Original Pilipino Music) for the performance of songs in the national Tagalog language. |
