Avicii

When a young Stockholm-based DJ Tim Bergling was trying to sign up to MySpace, he discovered that all his preferred usernames had already been taken. It was at this point that a recent conversation with his friend on religion popped up in the young man’s mind, and thus was born the eloquent stage name Avicii which means nothing less than the last circle of hell in Buddhism. Several years down the road Avicii became one of the world’s most successful and highest-paid DJs. His tracks are acknowledged as some of the best in electro house, whilst world stars like Madonna, Coldplay and Daft Punk highly appreciate their collaboration with the talented Swedish musician.
