Singer Charly Brunner was born on February 28th, 1955, in an Austrian city called Graz. During his youth, Charly teamed up with his younger brother Johann to create the band Happy, which was later renamed to Brunner & Brunner. After 38 years of working together in the music industry, during which they released over 10 albums, the brothers decided to continue their music careers apart from each other. Charly Brunner’s first solo album — “Ich glaub’ an die Liebe” — was released in February, 2012. Charly writes most of the songs he performs, as well as the songs of many other popular Austrian artists.
