Brief information

Finland’s bid for Eurovision 2014 became a fairly new rock band, Softengine. The band was founded in the summer of 2011. Their music career had been gradually gaining momentum for three years, and in 2014 the band finally struck a deal with Sony Music Finland, one of the biggest record labels in their country. While working on their debut album, the band also won the national selection for Eurovision and got a chance to showcase themselves to the broader European audience. |
