Maraaya is a family duo consisting of singer Marjetka Vovk and one of Slovenia’s most famed producers and songwriters, Raay (Aleš Vovk). Although Maraaya was chosen to represent Slovenia at Eurovision 2015, each half of the duo has been well familiar with the contest for quite a while: Raay previously wrote a number of songs for other contestants, while Marjetka took part in the national selection as a member of Turbo Angels. |
