In 2011, the Czech singer Gabriela Gunčíková won the “Český slavík” award in the nomination for “New Artist.” Soon after, the singer released her debut album, which gained first place on the national chart in only one week. A few years later, Gabriela continued her musical career in the US. There, she became a student of the Vocal Academy of Ken Tamplin and was shortly after accepted into the band “Trans-Siberian Orchestra.” In 2016, Gabriela was chosen to represent the Czech Republic in the international Eurovision song contest. |
