Salvador Sobral is a Portuguese singer with a unique and fascinating performance style. In 2009, he participated in the Portuguese version of the popular music competition show Pop Idol (Ídolos) and finished 7th. Six years later, in 2016, he released his debut album entitled “Excuse Me”. The following year, having won the Portuguese music competition Festival RTP da Canção with the song “Amar pelos dois”, Salvador earned the right to go international and represent Portugal in the Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv. |
