Ukrainian singer and dancer Dmitriy Monatik (MONATIK) launched his career as a performer on dance and music TV shows where his talent was noticed and widely appreciated by the audiences. Nowadays MONATIK writes songs for popular artists, including LOBODA, Anna Sedokova, Seryoga, and Quest Pistols Show. In 2013, Dmitriy Monatik released his debut studio album, Saundtrek Segodnyashnego Dnya (The Soundtrack of Today). His music quickly won over the hearts of wider audiences, as confirmed by his wins in the categories, Breakthrough of the Year and Singer of the Year, at the Ukrainian music awards, YUNA and M1 Music Awards. In 2017, MONATIK opened the first semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest with his song, Spinning. |
