NewsJune, 15 Jon Bon Jovi under fire for selling 'autopen' signed albumsJon Bon Jovi is under fire from fans for selling "autopen" signed albums. The 62-year-old rocker has copped heat from fans over machine-signed copies of his band's new record, Forever. Disgruntled American fans who bought Bon Jovi's 16th studio album took to social media to complain about what they felt was an unfair difference between the UK and US releases. "Buyers beware: @jonbonjovi @BonJovi store is sending out autopen signatures," one annoyed fan wrote on X/Twitter. "Talk Shop Live is also sending out the same ones. The UK signatures appear to be hand signed." "Looks like @BonJovi is the latest to sell autopenned as autograph..." wrote another, adding, "Dear @UMG, It's costing you a lot of money to lie about your products. How many people are getting a refund on this? I know, your time is so precious, but lying to fans ain't the win. NOBODY WANTS AUTOPENNED." However, one fan made the point that the albums had cost the same amount as an unsigned copy. "It's a Jon Bon Jovi autograph for the same price as an unsigned CD and people are still complaining?" they wrote. "I'm just thankful a legend like him would take the time for the fans to do that. I can't wait to get mine."
