Liam Payne 'teams up with Ed Sheeran' to revive solo comeback after chart fail

Liam Payne is said to have enlisted the help of hitmaker Ed Sheeran to ensure his next song is a success.

The former One Direction star has reportedly teamed up with the singer-songwriter for comeback track Stack It Up after his last single failed to make it into the charts.

"The video was shot in June and fans will be able to hear it by the end of August."

Aswell as becoming one of the UK's most successful recording artists, Ed has written a host of hit songs for other singers.

Some of the biggest songs he's written for others include Justin Bieber's Love Yourself, The Weeknd's Dark Times, Taylor Swift's Everything Has Changed and One Direction's Little Things.
