Alesha Dixon wants Example duet

Alesha Dixon has revealed that she would like to collaborate with Example.

The Britain's Got Talent judge, who has been showing her support for Team GB ahead of the London 2012 Olympic Games, is working on her fourth album, having released a new track Do It Our Way (Play) earlier this year.

"I'm hoping to work with Example. I had a good chat with him after the Ill Manors premiere and he's up for doing a track," she said.

Alesha - who is showing her support by wearing the official supporters scarf, which is available from Next - admitted that she's taking her time with the record.

"I'm back and forth from Jersey, we've been writing. I work with Ray Hedges, who is based out there, and we're about halfway through the record," she continued.

"I'm just trying to enjoy the process and not put any pressure on myself and when it's all done and we're all happy with it, we'll get everyone to hear it."

The former Mis-Teeq singer and ex-Strictly Come Dancing judge admitted that she sometimes misses the buzz of performing.

"I constantly perform so I'm never that far away from a stage. But when you watch any kind of festival, you get that buzz and you think, 'I can't wait to get back up there'," she said.

"Playing V Festival, Wireless and [Radio One's] Big Weekend were some of the highlights when we were promoting the last album so I definitely can't wait to get back on stage with the band."
