Bieber: I'm working on new music

Justin Bieber has revealed he is "focused" on the music, after being involved in a car accident.

The Boyfriend singer's car struck a pedestrian in Hollywood, although police later said no crime was committed.

"I'm all about the music. Rest of the world tour, movie, and #NEWMUSIC all coming this year!" he tweeted, following the incident.

"Never stop working. #focused. Playing the new music. #musicjournals."

It's the latest incident for the 19-year-old, who has found himself in the headlines in the past few months for alleged speeding, his pet monkey and his on-off relationship with Selena Gomez.

He hinted life sometimes gets him down, writing: "Sometimes u just wanna go to a comedy club and have a laugh. No trouble. Just want to laugh. U gotta laugh alot. It's healthy."

Things are looking up for Justin after he was voted favourite artist by Canadian fans at the MuchMusic Video Awards. He's also set to go into space with manager Scooter Braun, having signed up to Sir Richard's Virgin Galactic spaceline.
