Calvin Harris has split from his girlfriend.

The 'Blame' hitmaker has reportedly called time on his relationship with model Aarika Wolf after dating for over seven months because of his hectic schedule.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "Calvin and Aarika split around the time of the BRITs last month.

"They were both into each other for a long time but it just didn't work out and they'll stay friends.

"Calvin is always really busy and is constantly travelling around to DJ gigs so he's happy to be single for a while."

Calvin - who began romancing Aarika last August after meeting her on the set of the music video for his single 'Blame - had appeared to be smitten with the brunette beauty having attended a Grammy Awards afterparty together just last month.

However, the 31-year-old hunk - who previously dated 24-year-old singer Rita Ora - attended the BRITs on his own just weeks later, and was later reported to have been flirting with 'Shake It Off' hitmaker Taylor Swift, who was spotted watching him play his Las Vegas residency at Hakkasan nightclub at the weekend.

Nevertheless, the DJ appears to be more interested in a professional relationship with the blonde beauty having previously admitted he'd love to work with her in the future as he thinks she is "an amazing songwriter".
