Daphne Joy speaks out on Diddy sex tape

Daphne Joy has addressed a leaked video that allegedly showed her engaging in sexual intercourse with sex worker Sly Diggler, while Sean 'Diddy' Combs watched on.

In a post on Instagram, the model and actor, who dated Combs on and off between 2021 and 2024, shared a statement, which she has since deleted.

"Everybody plays the fool sometime, and I have been the biggest fool," she wrote. "I just wanted my man at the time to be happy and satisfied. I wanted to fulfil all his desires. Even if that meant breaking my own boundaries.

"I deeply loved him, and I believed he loved me too. It's still so painful for me to process the harsh reality and truth of that relationship, but as time passes and in my quiet moments, I realise that it was far from love."

She alleged that she "never consented" to being recorded, and that "the person in the video" used it as blackmail in order to extort money.

Joy shared that when she was contacted by the media company in possession of the sex tape, she fainted.

She referred to the tape as "abuse" and said it was "triggering and painful" to revisit the footage.

50 Cent, with whom Joy shares a son, Sire Jackson, born in 2012, shared his reaction to the leak on Instagram.

"Free Diddy, he has gone through enough being born with no penis. LOL," he wrote alongside screenshots of the alleged tape.

"She's not a victim, Sire is. Can you imagine going to eighth grade to find out this is your mom."

Joy also had a relationship with singer Jason Derulo from 2015 to 2016.
