Jedward rake in record takings
Jedward are reported to have landed the largest annual pay packet in X Factor history.
Irish twins John and Edward Grimes, 19, who are managed by X Factor judge Louis Walsh, have taken home £2.85 million, The Sun said, from gigs, personal appearances, endorsements and advertising deals in the last year.
A source told the paper: "The Jeds are making millions. Louis reckons Jedward have made more money in a year than any other X Factor act.
"They've done more adverts, endorsements and gigs than all the other contestants combined. "
The pair, who finished sixth in 2009's X Factor, have made their millions promoting computer games for Nintendo, price comparison site moneysupermarket.com, and cereal Coco Pops, The Sun said, as well TV appearances, gigs and bar mitzvahs.
