T in the Park tickets on sale soon
A limited number of tickets for Scotland's biggest music festival will go on general release in December.
The 19th T in the Park in Balado Airfield near Kinross will be held over the weekend of July 6-8 next summer.
Organisers are giving more notice to music fans this year to get their hands on tickets when they go on sale at 9am on December 2.
A batch of early tickets were already sold straight after this year's festival which featured headline sets from Beyonce, Coldplay and Foo Fighters.
The rest of the tickets will go on general release early next year.
Geoff Ellis, festival director, said: "Plans for 2012 are already well under way here and once again we are securing some of the finest acts on the planet to perform before the world's most passionate music fans.
"The time is now to secure tickets to the 2012 festival."
