Whitney Houston has reached her final resting place. The pop star, found dead in a Los Angeles hotel last week aged 48, is being laid to rest at a private ceremony in New Jersey. She is being buried at the cemetery in Westfield where her father was interred in 2003. "Onlookers gathered along the route to her grave site as the police-escorted motorcade headed toward it and the hearse carrying her coffin entered the cemetery. The star was mourned at a funeral on Saturday at the church in Newark where she sang in the choir as a child. The invitation-only service featured a tribute by some of the biggest names in music, including Stevie Wonder and Alicia Keys. Kevin Costner and music mogul Clive Davis were among those who spoke.
