Max: Keegan jealous of my J-Lo kiss

The Wanted's Max George has revealed girlfriend Michelle Keegan was jealous when he kissed Jennifer Lopez on American Idol.

But the Coronation Street star was not annoyed that Max got a kiss from the sexy US star - he told The Sun she was envious because she wanted to kiss Jennifer herself.

Max said: "My girlfriend was jealous but not because I was with J-Lo in that way. It's because she wasn't with J-Lo. She has a massive crush on her.

"If she met J-Lo it would be me keeping an eye on them two. Saying that, I wouldn't mind watching - it would be great."

The Manchester lad and his boyband mates Tom Parker, Jay McGuiness, Siva Kaneswaran and Nathan Sykes met Jennifer when they performed on American Idol in April. The Wanted - who have been taking the US by storm - also met US X Factor judge Britney Spears when they supported her in Manchester during her tour last year.

Tom said: "Britney was really nice, a top girl. She was really down to earth and couldn't have been more welcoming."

Jay added: "Britney's a country girl and people expect her to be the most articulate person ever. She has home values and doesn't know a lot more besides the fact she likes singing. Obviously, she had that breakdown but I can see why people do.

"She's had people telling her what to do every day for years. She's Britney Spears and if she wants to shave her head that's what she's going to do."
