The Boyfriend singer and his tour director Jon M Chu have launched a website for Beliebers around the world to upload videos of themselves dancing for the chance to be a part of his upcoming worldwide tour. Selena has already changed her hairstyle for the black comedy, based on Ric Browde's coming-of-age novel of the same name. "New hair for a new movie : ) I love changing my hair!" she previously tweeted.
