Justin Bieber threatens legal action over racy Bora Bora photos
Justin Bieber's team have threatened legal action against sites that published racy photographs of the singer snapped during his holiday in Bora Bora. The 21-year-old singer’s lawyers sent the New York Daily News a cease and desist letter requesting that the photos be removed from the website.
Justin's team is threatening to sue if the photos are not removed from the site as they are a violation of his publicity and privacy rights, as well as an infringement on his trademark.
Twitter went into overdrive when shots of the What Do You Mean singer pictured naked as he went for a dip in his stunning ocean-front villa on Tuesday went online. Justin, 21, was snapped as he enjoyed a getaway with rumoured love interest, British model Jayde Pierce.
Images showed the blond singer casually walking around the deck of his waterfront villa, without his clothes on. Jayde, meanwhile, was pictured in a white robe.
The duo were also seen relaxing in casual attire as Justin strummed the guitar.

The pop star shared the more traditional kind of holiday snaps with fans on Instagram – one of himself posing with his guitar as he sits on the edge of a pool with the sparkling ocean behind him. Another shows Justin standing on the edge of the swimming pool. A short clip also captures the performer playing a song.
Justin's romantic holiday to the A-list destination with make-up artist and blogger Jayden comes after the Baby singer hinted that he had met someone new.

Speaking to Complex magazine, he said: "Even like – I'm kind of seeing this girl, right?
"I'm shy about doing or saying certain things, and then I say it and it's not even a problem. And I'll remember when I couldn't… You're just scarred and you don't do something because in your last relationship they'd freak out, but [the new person is] just like, 'What are you talking about?'"
