I'm up for Oasis reunion, says Liam

Liam Gallagher says he is "up for" an Oasis reunion - in 2015.

The former frontman said he would be happy to team up with his brother Noel - who quit the band in 2009 - to play live to mark the 20th anniversary of hit album (What's The Story) Morning Glory?

Guitarist Noel, who is due to score a solo number one in the album chart on Sunday, has previously said he may consider making the milestone.

In an interview for Radio 4's Profile. Liam agreed: "I'm down with that man, without a doubt."

The singer - who now fronts his band Beady Eye - said: "We've got another Beady Eye record to make, have a year off and I'm all for a 2015 reunion with my beautiful brother Noel Gallagher.

But he added: "It's not a definite cos you have to ask him - but I'm up for it. And if we got through that tour and we got on, great, we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. But if we don't get on well, we'll split up again."

Liam said it would be great to perform the 1995 album once again, but admitted there had been no actual discussions.

"I haven't spoken to him for three years man. No dialogue whatsoever - you're the first to hear about it baby," he told the presenter.

"The ball's in his court now," Liam added.

He said he would be happy for Beady Eye to play on the same bill as The Stone Roses when they play shows at Manchester's Heaton Park next year: "I'd do it for nothing."
