Brown, Drake 'brawl' investigated

New York City police are investigating an apparent early morning bar brawl involving hip-hop stars Drake and Chris Brown.

Police say five people were injured in the fight at club WIP early on Thursday, where people from both entourages were throwing bottles. Police say the injuries were mostly minor cuts.

Chris tweeted a photo of himself with a cut chin, then removed it, as well as other messages about the fight, including taunts.

Both Chris and Drake dated Rihanna, but it is not known what prompted the fight, for which there have been no arrests.

Chris remains on supervised probation for beating Rihanna in 2009. She performed on Drake's hit, Take Care.
