Bobby Brown marries his manager

Bobby Brown has married his manager Alicia Etheredge in Hawaii.

The 43-year-old R&B star had performed a concert as part of his New Edition tour in the country's capital of Honolulu and the day after tied the knot, People reported.

Bobby was surrounded by family and friends, including his older children Landon, 23, La'Princia, 22, and Bobby Jr, 19, as well as his only child with Alicia, three-year-old Cassius. But Bobbi Kristina Brown, his 19-year-old daughter with his first wife Whitney Houston was notably absent from the ceremony.

Bobby posted a picture of himself and his new wife with their flower girls and ring bearer Cassius on website Instagram. He and Cassius wore matching red suits.

The troubled singer proposed to Alicia in 2010 during a sold-out New Edition show in Jacksonville, Florida.

Bobby said she had given him a new lease of life following his 2007 divorce from Whitney Houston, who died in February.

He told People last year: "I got my passion back for music and for loving myself because of her."

The couple will have a short honeymoon as Bobby's New Edition tour continues in Oakland, California on June 23.
