Halliwell strips to bra in studio

Geri Halliwell has shown fans how she cools down in the recording studio - by stripping off.

The former Spice Girl, 40, uploaded a snap of herself singing in a cream, lace bra on her Twitter page.

She told more than 177,000 followers: "Warned not to tweet this, but here goes - hot in studio."

She added that she was following in the footsteps of another singer, adding: "'Apparently' Kate Bush took her bra off!"

Geri, who recently reunited with her fellow Spice Girls at musical Viva Forever!, is recording her fourth solo studio, following previous offering Passion which reached 41 in the UK charts in 2005.

The mother-of-one said last year: "I am very excited. I am in the studio and an announcement is imminent."
