Britney's ex not out of her life?

Britney Spears' ex Jason Trawick is still going to be involved in the star's life, according to reports.

The Toxic singer and mother-of-two revealed she had split from her fiance Jason after a three-year relationship earlier this month.

But a source told People: "Jason adores [Britney's] kids; he loves them."

"He was like their 'other dad,' so he's not just going to walk away from their lives. He'll be involved as much as makes sense."

The source added that the pair still "love each other" but that "there were some major challenges and hurdles and constant work that needed to be done."

Britney, 31, mum to Preston, seven, and Jayden, six, with ex-husband Kevin Federline, revealed her split from Jason and announced her exit from the US X Factor in the same week.

She's now said to be close to signing a deal to take up a 100 million dollar residency in Las Vegas.
