Rihanna late for Monaco concert

Rihanna reportedly sparked anger from fans when she was three hours late to a show.

The Diamonds singer was supposed to go on stage in Monte Carlo, Monaco at 8.30pm but the gig didn't start until 11.30pm, reported The Sun.

The star's lateness apparently annoyed some of the fans who were waiting to watch her perform.

One tweeted: "Still no news of Rihanna. She got lost in 2 square km. We're waiting... Frankly, this delay is abuse."

However, the star made up for her tardiness when she did show up, rocking the stage as she sang some of her hits clad in a skimpy skater dress and thigh-high boots.

Fans had apparently paid more than £500 a ticket for the intimate show, which included a lavish meal.
