Ill Odell pulls out of warm-up gig

Tom Odell has pulled out of a warm-up gig for The Rolling Stones because of a serious chest infection.

The 22-year-old British singer-songwriter was due to play the main stage at the British Summer Time festival in London's Hyde Park but was forced to cancel his set.

A spokesman for the event said: "He is gutted not to be supporting The Rolling Stones but he hopes that everyone has a fantastic day".

Irish duo Hudson Taylor took Odell's place on the bill which also included Jake Bugg.
