NewsDecember, 1 Strictly Come Dancing announces songs and dances for Musicals WeekWith only six couples left on this year's Strictly Come Dancing, time is certainly flying by. This weekend it's Musicals Week, as our pairings throw on their best sequins and dance the night away to some top West End and Broadway numbers. We now know exactly which tunes they'll be strutting their stuff to, with hits ranging from Andrew Lloyd Webber classics to more modern fare. Bill Bailey and Oti Mabuse will dance the Argentine Tango to 'Phantom of the Opera' from Phantom of the Opera, while HRVY and Janette Manrara will take on the American Smooth to 'One (Singular Sensation)' from A Chorus Line. Jamie Laing and Karen Hauer, meanwhile, will be Jiving to 'Everybody's Talking About Jamie' from Everybody's Talking About Jamie, and JJ Chalmers and Amy Dowden will dance the Charleston to 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang' from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. As for Maisie Smith and Gorka Marquez, they will do the Jive to 'Little Shop of Horrors' from Little Shop of Horrors as Ranvir Singh and Giovanni Pernice dance the Viennese Waltz to 'She Used to Be Mine' from Waitress. Over the weekend, the BBC One show said goodbye to Clara Amfo and Aljaž Škorjanec after the couple faced Jamie and Karen in the dance-off. Speaking after her elimination, the DJ admitted she had "the best time ever" and made a "new friend for life" in Aljaž.
