Joe Jonas denies theories about viral video showing him wiping nose

Joe Jonas has shut down a string of fan theories after a video showing him wiping his nose onstage went viral.

During the Jonas Brothers' Jonas20: Greetings from Your Hometown Tour gig held at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles last month, a concertgoer captured footage of the pop star repeatedly checking and wiping his nose.

After the video began to circulate on social media, viewers began to question whether Joe had been snorting the drug cocaine.

But in an interview for Esquire published on Monday, the Sucker hitmaker took the opportunity to address the rumours.

"I've never touched cocaine in my life," he declared. "But if I did, I think I'd be a little slicker about it than doing it onstage."

Elsewhere in the conversation, Joe opened up about his personal life and confirmed he is single following his split from actress Sophie Turner.

The former couple, who share two daughters, finalised their divorce in September 2024.

Yet, Joe admitted it can be challenging trying to set up dates while on tour.

"Five shows in a row doesn't make it easy to meet someone for coffee," the 36-year-old sighed, adding that he doesn't use celebrity dating apps. "I guess Instagram and TikTok are apps, and I've met people that way."

Joe will next perform alongside his brothers Kevin and Nick as part of their The Jonas20: Greetings from Your Hometown Tour in Tampa, Florida on Wednesday.
