Leigh-Anne Pinnock insists there will 'a hundred per cent' be a Little Mix reunion

Leigh-Anne Pinnock has insisted that there will "a hundred per cent" be a Little Mix reunion someday.

The British hitmaker has confirmed that the girl group, which went on an indefinite hiatus in 2022, will one day return to the stage for a reunion performance.

Speaking on Heart Breakfast with JK and Kelly Brook on Friday, Leigh-Anne was asked whether Little Mix would "reform at some point" for a tour.

"Yeah, a hundred per cent. How could we not? A hundred per cent! And we are kind of at that legacy point as well," she replied. "I think so many people would just be gagging for that. So yeah, a hundred per cent."

JK then asked which member of the band, which also included Perrie Edwards and Jade Thirlwall, would be most likely to initiate a reunion, to which Leigh-Anne responded, "I mean, all of us!"

"But I guess it's just a case of when," she continued. "Because right now we are all very much still exploring our individuality and going on our own journeys. And we need time for that."

The Black Magic hitmaker went on to share that she, Perrie and Jade all reached out to their former bandmate Jesy Nelson when she revealed in January that her twin daughters had been diagnosed with the genetic neuromuscular disease spinal muscular atrophy (SMA).

"(We) obviously reached out to her when we heard what was happening with her twins. It's just devastating," she stated. "We've all reached out to her and I think she is really brave for what she is doing. But yeah, obviously, me, Perrie and Jade are super close as well."

Jesy left Little Mix in December 2020 due to her mental health struggles. She recently opened up about her departure in the new documentary series Jesy Nelson: Life After Little Mix.

Leigh-Anne released her debut solo album, My Ego Told Me To, on Friday.
