NewsNovember, 28 Rihanna makes it a chart doubleRihanna saw off competition from One Direction and Olly Murs to take top spot in both the singles and albums chart this week. Her album Talk That Talk shot straight to number one in its first week while her single, We Found Love, remained at the top of the singles chart. The album beat boyband One Direction to the top spot. Their debut album, Up All Night, was the second best selling this week. The single, featuring Calvin Harris, has been in the top three since its release. X Factor runner-up Olly Murs' Dance With Me Tonight was the highest new entry in the singles chart, taking second position. Swedish DJ Avicii was another new entry, with Levels. The track was the fourth biggest selling single this week. Other new entries included Kelly Rowland's Down For Whatever at number six and Rebecca Ferguson's Nothing's Real But Love, which came tenth. New entries to the album chart included Westlife's Greatest Hits, which ranked fourth, and Kate Bush's 50 Words for Snow, which came in fifth. The rankings made Rihanna the only female artist to top both charts simultaneously twice in the same year with different singles and albums, the Official Charts Company said. She first achieved the feat in January, when What's My Name feat Drake topped the singles chart while Loud was the biggest selling album. The singer also became the first female solo artist to top the albums chart twice in a year, the company said.
