Jessie J: Shaving head a no-brainer

Jessie J has defended her decision to shave her head for charity - after some fans begged her not to lose her trademark locks.

The chart star and coach on The Voice, 24, is shaving her hair off to raise cash for Comic Relief.

She tweeted: "I know what day when and where I'm shaving my head! But for now its a secret! Muhaha! Cue Peter Andre 'Mysteriouuusss gyyaal'."

The Domino singer added: "Crazy that people still tweet me saying don't shave your hair off. Keep my hair or save some lives? There is no question. It's just hair."

She added: "If everyone of my followers donates 50p to @rednoseday for my headshave that's £3 million alone! How mad! Details coming soon!"

Jessie J announced last month that she was planning to shave her head live in March, for Red Nose Day.
