Kesha: I'll be stronger on return

Kesha has vowed to come back "stronger" as she postponed her US tour to continue her rehab stint.

The Crazy Kids singer, who entered a rehab centre in Chicago on January 3 to treat an eating disorder, has decided to delay her upcoming March and April tour dates on "doctor's advice", reported Billboard.

"I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour," said the 26-year-old in a statement.

"I was so looking forward to performing at these dates but I need to follow my doctor's advice and get my health back on track.

"All of your support during this time has been so amazing. I couldn't have done this without you all. I look forward to coming back stronger than ever on the next tour," she added.

Kesha, who previously cancelled a show in Dubai and a number of Australian gigs with Pitbull, was due to perform at Hammond, Indiana, on March 15 and Green Bay, Wisconsin, on April 13. Rescheduled dates will be announced later.

She is is due to complete a 30-day stint at the treatment centre in Chicago.
