St. Vincent reveals she has wife and daughter

St. Vincent stunned fans at the 2025 Grammy Awards by revealing she has a wife and a daughter.

The singer-songwriter won Best Rock Song for Broken Man at the pre-show prizegiving held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California on Sunday night, beating out The Black Keys, Pearl Jam, Green Day, and Idles in the category.

Taking to the stage, St. Vincent - real name Annie Clark - began her acceptance speech by revealing some big news.

"Thank you so much. This just a delight, a real delight," she smiled. "First, I want to thank my family, my beautiful wife Leah, our beautiful daughter."

St. Vincent also gave shout-outs to her collaborators, team, and fellow nominees.

And while speaking to reporters in the press room later in the evening, the musician confirmed she has a young daughter.

"We've kept it under wraps," the 42-year-old explained, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

St. Vincent went on to emphasise that she hasn't been keeping the baby a secret.

"The child is young, just to be clear, the child is young," she continued, noting that she would be spending the rest of the night with her family. "I'm gonna play at the top of the (televised) show, which is really fun; I have my sisters in town and we're just going to make the night ours and probably be in bed by 10 if all things go well."

The musician didn't divulge any further details about her personal life.

Previously, St. Vincent was romantically linked to Cara Delevingne and Kristen Stewart.

Elsewhere at the 2025 Grammy Awards, the artist also took home Best Alternative Music Performance and Best Alternative Music Album for her seventh studio album, All Born Screaming.
