Kanye West breaks silence on Bhad Bhabie's Alabama Barker diss track

Kanye West has broken his silence on Bhad Bhabie's recent Alabama Barker diss track.

The 47-year-old rapper has spoken out after his voice appeared on a diss track aimed at Travis Barker's daughter and the Kardashians.

The song, Ms Whitman, was released by 21-year-old Bhad Bhabie on Tuesday and is set to the backing track of Kanye and Ty Dolla $ign's 2024 song Carnival.

The track takes shots at several people, including Travis, and mentions the rumour that he started dating now-wife Kourtney Kardashian after being rejected by her sister Kim Kardashian, who was previously married to Kanye.

Shortly after the release of the diss track, a remix clip featuring a verse rapped by Kanye began to circulate.

However, the Stronger rapper has now insisted that the audio is AI-generated and that he has nothing to do with the song.

"I'm not in the middle of none of this AI beef," he said in a video on his Stories. "People throwing my voice on things, the whole Carnival sample. I just talked to Travis Barker. I would never be in the middle. I don't even know what's going on."

Kanye, also known as Ye, then confirmed that he had given Bhad Bhabie, real name Danielle Bregoli, permission to use his backing track.

"I just got sent a song and asked if I could clear the sample. The only reason I clear anything is because so many people try to stop me," the rapper explained. "They stop clearances, everything has been very difficult for me. So, anybody asks me for something, I always clear it but I'm not cool with being put in the middle of all this at all. So any verse that has been going viral using my voice and all of that, I didn't do it."

Bhad Bhabie has been feuding with Alabama since she publicly accused her of stealing her ex-boyfriend Le Vaughn in December last year.

Kanye was involved in his own controversy earlier this month. He faced huge backlash after he attended the Grammys with his wife Bianca Censori in a transparent dress. Days later, he embarked on an antisemitic rant on X and began selling T-shirts bearing swastikas.
