NewsMarch, 1 Gracie Abrams forced to cancel concert due to 'gnarly' illness![]() Gracie Abrams has revealed a "gnarly" illness has forced her to cancel a concert. The 25-year-old singer - who is the daughter of blockbuster filmmaker J. J. Abrams - is in the midst of her The Secret of Us Tour. But fans hoping to see her at Forest National in Brussels, Belgium, on Friday night were left disappointed as the star was forced to cancel her gig due to illness. Taking to social media ahead of the planned concert, the I Love You, I'm Sorry singer wrote, "First thing I have to say is that I love you with my whole heart, and I have been so looking forward to being together in your beautiful city." She continued, "My body has been fighting off something gnarly for the past week, and despite doing everything in my power to keep it contained, it has gotten to a point where all medical advice I've received says I cannot perform and need to rest. "At this point in time I can't give you the show you deserve and that breaks my heart, especially knowing all the travel and the planning and the care that you put into attending our show." Vowing to return to play for those in Brussels another time, the star added, "Our every intention is to make this right and I promise we'll be in touch as soon as we have concrete details." Abrams's next tour date is scheduled for Monday 3 March in Nottingham, England, as her tour reaches the UK - while her tour is scheduled to keep her on the road across the world until the end of August.
