Diamond Brown, the ex-girlfriend of R&B singer Chris Brown, has filed a paternity suit against the singer over her four-year-old daughter, Lovely. Diamond filed suit against the two-time Grammy winner just days before his current partner, Jada Wallace, gave birth to his fourth child, court documents detail. As part of the suit, which seeks to establish legal fatherhood, the model attached what she said was a voluntary declaration from 2022 in which the singer acknowledged paternity. Diamond asked the court for legal and physical custody, and requested that the Fallin' singer have visitation. Brown has acknowledged Lovely multiple times since her birth in 2022, including in a social media post a few months after she was born, which was widely considered at the time to be proof that he was Lovely's father. He was also photographed at the little girl's first birthday party. Weeks before Brown and Wallace welcomed their first child together, Diamond claimed in an Instagram Story that the singer had threatened her new partner. Wallace fired back, stating that Diamond was "tryna air business out like you not the one that's stopping him from seeing his daughter". "Get off social media bitch," Diamond responded. "Wait till that baby come out. I'll whoop your ass fr." Brown welcomed his fourth child in April after dating Wallace since December 2024. The singer, who is set to embark on a joint tour with Usher beginning in June, has two older children: daughter Royalty, 11, with Nia Guzman; and son Aeko, six, with Ammika Harris.
