Maynard's party pooper neighbour

Conor Maynard has revealed he is dying to have a house party to celebrate getting his own place, but he's scared of upsetting his neighbour.

The 19-year-old Can't Say No singer told the Metro he has moved out of his family home in Brighton and is living it up in a London bachelor pad, but he hasn't been able to celebrate.

Conor revealed: "I haven't had a massive party because my neighbour will bang on the door even if I'm listening to my iPod on my headphones! He'll be like 'Turn it down'. He doesn't like loud music."

The British singer has been having a chart battle with Justin Bieber and his protege and current number one Carly Rae Jepsen.

Conor said it was "funny" to see his track above Justin's in the iTunes charts after the comparisons between him and the 18-year-old Canadian teen idol.
