NewsNovember, 18 Barlow: Take That tunes to be epicGary Barlow has revealed Take That's new songs will be "big and dramatic". The 42-year-old frontman will leave his role on ITV's singing show The X Factor so he can start working on their seventh album with his bandmates in coming months. "I haven't written any songs with Take That yet - we're literally going to start in January," he told the Daily Mirror. Gary, who is mentoring the groups on this year's series of The X Factor, admitted the chart-topping boy band - Gary, Mark Owen, Jason Orange and Howard Donald - have not begun brainstorming any ideas for their upcoming record yet. It is not confirmed if Robbie Williams will re-join the group again. " We'll get together and talk about what we're doing and where we are. We'll ask, 'what's happening in music, where shall we go from here?'," he continued. "We don't usually go too far from our own direction but it'll be big and dramatic - orchestral. I think it'll be anticipated. By next Christmas, it'll have been four years since our last record. We can't wait." Take That's last album Progress, their first album to feature Robbie since 1995, was a huge hit when it was released in November 2010. It was the fastest-selling album of the century, the second fastest-selling album of all-time and was also the biggest-selling album of 2010 by selling over one million copies in 24 days.
