David Gandy in latest J-Lo video

Jennifer Lopez has hired top British model David Gandy to act out love scenes in her new video.

The hunky D&G model has a starring role alongside J-Lo in First Love.

The pair were pictured in a steamy shot from the video, filmed in the desert outside of Los Angeles earlier this month.

David told the Daily Mirror: "Jennifer was very down to earth and we had a lot of fun. She is a complete professional".

He added: "I got the call and thought it would be great fun and an experience which is a little bit different to the things that I've done before."

Speaking in a radio interview recently, Jen, 44, said: "He may have been shirtless occasionally, but for the most part he had clothes on."
